Corey Haim died of pneumonia

Actor Corey Haim died from pneumonia complicated by an enlarged heart, bad lungs and narrowed blood vessels, while drugs found in his system played no role in his death, the Los Angeles County coroner said Tuesday.
Haim, 38, died from “community-acquired pneumonia” along with lung, heart and blood vessel problems, according to the autopsy report. [MSN]

Lindsay Lohan fired

More trouble for Lindsay Lohan.

Two days after her dad attempted to stage an intervention, a director has confirmed he fired Lohan from what was supposed to be her next flick, The Other Side.

“Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we’ll soon be announcing a replacement,” writer/director David Michaels told TMZ.com. Lohan, 23, was set to play a grad student working on a deserted island.
